I ordered six varieties of honey and so far I am so pleased with the ones I have opened and used. The Buckwheat honey is so delicious. Great on toast and especially on french toast. I was so impressed with the delivery. Ordered one day and received my order the next day. I had read great reviews of the Manuka Honey for medicinal purposes. I had a nasty cough that I couldn't get rid of. Only three days of taking the Manuka and it was gone. I will continue to purchase my honey from you. Very impressed with everything about my purchase.

I love this honey. I just received my second batch of this and the flavor and color is much lighter than previously, and it is fantastic. I loved it last time, and I love it this way, too. This honey and sage are neck-in-neck for my favorites, and very different.

I thought the taste was strong, and overpowering, but I'm new to using different kinds of honey.

I am used to raw wildflower honey that has an almost unspreadable quality to it and of the three Honey Pacifica honeys I have tried, this is closest to that in consistency. However, that is where the similarity ends. This is a thick and rich honey like the avocado, but with an even thicker consistency and a different rich quality that is equally satisfying. I am using it sparingly because I bought a smaller jar of it than the other two and I want it to last.

I have never been a "honey guy." Turns out I've been trying the wrong honeys.
This is my favorite of the bunch. The thick texture and full taste have kept us coming back for more. We've tried a couple other over the past two years but this always finds a place on our order. We've purchased about 30 pounds to date :)

This is a wonderful rich honey with a full bodied flavor and not to sweet. I am not a fan of overly sweet honeys and this one is just right.

The honey is excellent quality but must say that this buckwheat doesn't taste anything like the last jar I bought. It tastes like some other kind altogether and not sure what that is but it has a kind of fruity flavor to me which I don't remember the one before having at all. Not my favorite honey but I'm satisfied with it.

When I first tasted this honey, I was surprised by its dark, rather tangy quality. I thought it might be a little too dark and rich for me, but only for like 15 seconds. It's delicious. Aside from its eating applications, I find it's the best way to sweeten iced tea. The flavor just perfectly complements the flavor of good black tea.

Honey Pacifica Cold Packed Honeys are the best! Whether you use it to sweeten drinks; use it in baking; use it to darn near eliminate allergies and sinus problems or right out of the jar on a spoon - no other honey compares!
