I have a small online Paleo company that makes brownies and cookies. The creamy wildflower is the ONLY honey I would ever use. In fact I will not send out orders unless they are baked with this honey ... it is absolutely delicious, creamy and rich, and gives a wonderful texture to my products.
Reminds me of the honey from my homeland, New Zealand.

The WildFlower creamy honey is rich and delicious. Anyone that wants to experience what quality honey tastes like should try any of the Pacifica honey.

Stumbled on this website while searching for buckwheat honey. Pleased the package was packed so well as the courier dropped it in front of the door upon delivery. The cold-packed buckwheat honey was full-bodied, rich and flavorful. Yummy! Looking forward to try the other varieties.

A friend introduced me to Pacifica Honey. I never liked honey very much. I started out with Orange Blossom and Wildflower. I have since moved on to Sage, Buckwheat and Brazilian Pepper Tree. Wow, now I love all Pacifica Honey! Delish!!

We got two each Creamy Wildflower, Sage, Pinetree, Avocado, Mountain Wildflower, and the Coastal California Wildflower. They are all excellent; I use them for sweetens in bread baking and granola. The sage is our favorite; the avocado has more of a molasses flavor, and the Pintree is a little stronger also. We have tasted them all and they are all wonderful!

The pinetree honey is so good and the flavor is the best I ever had. My mom and dad think so too. Hope you have more next year. Not a fan of the brazilian peppertree.

I have tried all the cold-packed honeys, and although the avocado and buckwheat honeys are my favorite, they were all of the highest quality. I cannot imagine finding another source for honeys, which provides products that are as pristine and nutrient dense, as Honey Pacifica.
