I have never tasted a honey like this. So insanely delicious. The raspberry taste is incredible. Definitely our favorite honey.

Hands down BEST honey I've ever had! It tastes like candy! I think it tastes like the pink hearts from the valentines day candy, Sweethearts. It is just too good to be true! I love it b/c every bucket we've gotten so far has been liquidy at the top & then pure crystals the rest of the way down. I love the crystals! It reminds me of rock candy! Soooo good!! Me, my husband & my daughter polish off a 60 lb. bucket every month & a half-2 months! It's dangerous! We always say we r going to take it easy on the next bucket, but that never happens! I've never been able to eat honey by the spoonfulls until this honey! Simply amazing & heavenly! We let guests try it & they all love it! Can you tell I love this honey?

Although I have loved every one of the Honey Pacifica's honeys I've tried, the Raspberry is truly exceptional. It's pure heaven in homemade raspberry ice cream.

My most recent jar of Cold Packed Raspberry Honey was a little darker and richer tasting than the previous lighter and sweeter jar that I had. I love the tastes of any of Honey Pacifica's Cold Packed honeys. I enjoy the changes from one batch to the next. Currently, the Raspberry is one of my staples. I really enjoy it with milk and/or cream.

I have enjoyed the high quality and exquisite taste of all of the Honey Pacifica's honeys. This one has a subtle raspberry aroma and taste and I plan to use it in my favorite raw chocolate raspberry mousse dessert.

This is my absolute favorite! So good in tea that I can't get enough. My latest order of 3 lbs soon vanished. I can't believe that this great flavor isn't added to the honey but comes naturally from the flowers.

I heard about this honey for the first time in Maine, and could not believe what was described. I was pleasantly surprised to find this exactly what was promised. Its flavor is a burst of fruit, very different.
