Wish I could return it! We have LOVED every honey but this one. Even my son who loves things hot won't eat it. He says it doesn't taste spicy but rather like someone added Tabasco to honey.
I had read the glowing reviews and expected something much different.
I put it on everything!

This is the best honey, maybe the best condiment I've ever had. I put it in tea, on chicken, in oatmeal, on toast. It also pours easily and blends well, too. Great product.

I've never written a review on any product at any time. Probably wouldn't here, except can't stand that you only have the one "luke warm" review here on this Habanero Honey. Fantastic product though I'd call it more a table or cooking Sauce more than a traditional Honey.
Maybe that's the other reviewers hang up with viscosity.

Add this to Italian, Mexican, Chinese Food... even on Pizza or Tacos ! Over Scampi...to DIE for.
Unbelievable, complex flavors...just try it in some run of the mill off the shelf Spaghetti Sauce and you'll be convinced. People will be hounding you for your secret recipe. You will not be disappointed...you'll be thinking about adding into your old standards...and they will be transformed !

I used to buy another roasted habanero honey which was thick and had a great taste but it was discontinued so I searched the web and found this. It's very thin; otherwise, it's good although I liked the flavor of my other honey better. But this will do in a pinch.
