This is the ultimate raw honey product. When we extract, we let all the cappings from the frame with the wax, honey, propolis, pollen, royal jelly, and bee particles flow into the barrel. The honey stays at the bottom while everything else floats to the top. We usually skim off the top and bottle the pure honey beneath it. But here, we have taken all those particles and jar it. I found this product excessively sweet, with too much wax that was not as tasty as the crunchy bits of honeycomb, pollen and propolis that another honey seller includes in their honey. I developed a small amount of nausea after just two or three bites and it worsened the more I ate.
