This is the best honey I've ever had

I started buying this honey at the farmer's market in Santa Monica and when we moved to Colorado I had to continue ordering it by the large 12lb jar (very cost efficient) once or twice a year because it's just so good. Unlike some other, darker honeys it is not at all treacly or heavy. Light, very floral and with a fantastic buttery quality that I just love. Great in tea, on toast, on a spoon... This honey is just perfect.

This honey really has great aromatics and taste. It carries a smooth taste that works well for traditional uses. It also makes some fantastic tasting mead.

This is a treasure. I decided to try it since my local retailer only carries Pacifica's Sage honey. I was expecting a very sweet, tart honey- so I was pleasantly suprised when the flavor was a lingering floral taste- frosty at first, then warm with a delayed oak-like aftertaste. I would recommend this honey to anyone looking to try an alternative honey flavor- without trying something too fancy or untraditional.
