The only honey I buy!

This is the best honey I have ever had. I first bought it at a farmers market and will never go back to a different brand. It doesnt crystalize. Great for tea, cooking and dressing.

We purchased some sage honey while on a road trip in California, and we left it at our daughter's house. When we got back to Texas, we started searching for some to order, and found Pacifica's website. I' not a big honey fan, but this honey is delicious! We stir it into yogurt, spread it on biscuits, and use it for baking bread. The honey has a light, sweet taste, not overpowering at all.

I discovered this honey at a local health conscious market near the St. Louis area. It was a great discovery. I love that it doesn't crystallize- naturally! The honey is pure and rich- but the flavor is surprisingly light and smooth. Lovely!
