I enjoy this honey in its natural state. Very rich and complex, not too 'sweet,' very satisfying.

I used to order avocado honey from Tree of Life. They no longer carry it. I am very pleased with Honey Pacifica avocado honey!! It tastes exactly how I remembered it!!!! Since then I have ordered another avocado honey, and I am trying the eucalyptus. I am giving one of my jars of avocado honey as a birthday present.

A thick and creamy honey that reminds me of molasses, not cloyingly sweet like some honeys but wonderfully rich and flavorful. A bit like caramel and full bodied.

My oh my. This honey was maybe better than David Wolfs black honey; value wise for sure. Thick and creamy and unlike any honey I've ever had.
