this honey is great for raw food enthusiasts and aficionados. It is fluid at room temperature and yet it has never been heat treated according to the producer. It is expensive, however, to use this as one's staple honey, especially if you eat honey daily as i do.

I have tried many different honeys, as a Muslim, Prophet Mohammed PBUH has told us that the best honey is from the mountains and the best honey is lighter in color. I believe this honey falls into this category and that it is truly a premium honey. There is also a chapter of the Bees in the Qur'an which speaks on Bees and honey. Thank you Honey Pacifica. I was introduced to this honey by my best friend while visiting her in Colorado. When I got home I just had to buy some for myself. Not cheap but I found a way! I've decided that whoever draws my name for Christmas- I am going to ask for a gift certificate to your place so I can get some more Cold Packed Sage Honey. Can't imagine my kitchen without it! It feels and tastes so healthy!

I love this Sage honey. Flavor is awesome and never cystalizes. Couldn't live without it. I've tried many other selections you have, each with their own distinct characteristics, but sage remains my favorite.

I have not been much of a honey fan throughout my life, but now I am. Sage Honey is the only honey I will buy from now on. The taste is so good I have a spoonfull every morning.
