Loading... Please wait...Honey Pacifica's Cold Packed Sage honey starts with a crisp, delicate flavor and finishes with a hint of floral aftertaste. This honey comes from the slopes of California's Sierra Nevada range, produced by Black Sage that blooms spring through early summer. Sage honey is one of the few varieties that will never crystallize and most chefs prefer this type of honey as it sweetens dishes without imparting much honey flavor. Cold Packed honey is 100% raw, unheated, unfiltered and packed in glass. Buy Cold Packed Sage Honey in Bulk and save an extra 10%. See pictures above for size comparison.
* 3/6/2012 - Due to the low rainfall in Southern California we are expecting a poor year for Wild Sage Flowers, which means the bees will not be able to produce Sage Honey. We have removed the larger sizes of our Sage honey until further notice. To be notified when this changes, subscribe to our newsletter on the left sidebar.

This honey is too good to be true - a wonderful flavor. It is so fresh that it is hard to avoid just spooning it out of the jar! Of all the Pacifica honeys, this might be my favorite, although Buckwheat is pretty amazing! The packaging of the honeys is perfect, and great fast delivery. Thank you!

Pacifica's Sage Honey is the best that I have ever tasted. The flavor is light and not that syrupy sweet that so many honeys have. This is my first purchase from Pacifica, but won't be the last. I also appreciate how they always answered my questions by email so promptly. Great customer service!

The flavor of Sage honey is very unique and difficult to find. Cold pack is as good as it can be. Thank you for having it in your product inventory.

Tuck this stuff into Pineapple Sage pound cake, drizzle it on an English muffin, sweeten your tea - there is nothing like it... but this year it is rare. I hope the flowers bloom more abundantly in coming years.

The very best honey I have bought. My partner has already consumed one whole large jar! I need to get a container to make it easier to access. He uses it as a desert, spreading it on his whole grain low sodium toast.

I just bought this at the Studio City Farmers Market last weekend. I had never tried raw, untreated honey before, but now I don't wanna go back. It tastes sooo good in a different way I've never tasted before. I poured some into a honey bear and love to just squeeze a little into my mouth as a quick snack or energy boost. It's delicious. My absolute favorite way to eat it is on top of a spoon of raw almond butter. It taste like a dessert fit for a king. I've also noticed that my white, patchy tongue is pink and healthy-looking since eating this honey! The natural anti-bacterial properties of this honey are amazing!

this honey is great for raw food enthusiasts and aficionados. It is fluid at room temperature and yet it has never been heat treated according to the producer. It is expensive, however, to use this as one's staple honey, especially if you eat honey daily as i do.
