Mountain Wildflower Honey

In less than robust rainy years when sage blossoms are not plentiful, the bees will still visit a wide array of springtime mountain floral sources. Among them wild alfalfa, sumac, buckwheat and some sage. While not as light as pure sage, it is still a mild pleasant tasting honey which makes for an acceptable substitute for the prized black or purple sage nectar. Mountain Wildflower honey is Cold Packed honey, which is 100% raw, unheated, unfiltered and packed in glass.
